Returns

Stop using the part and contact us with the request or order code, installation details, photos, and diagnostic evidence. Claims require inspection before approval.

Protecting a warranty claim

• Use a qualified installer and keep the installation receipt.
• Confirm related causes—wiring, fluids, cooling, or control modules—before replacing the part.
• Keep all labels, packaging, supplied accessories, and the approved photos of the actual part.
• Do not open, modify, repaint, reprogram, or continue using a suspected failed item unless instructed.
