• • Vehicle details such as year, make, model, engine, trim, chassis details, and registration details when needed for fitment.
• • Part descriptions, uploaded photos, request history, quotes, approvals, receipts, payments, refunds, and delivery updates.
• • Basic technical information used to prevent spam, fraud, and misuse of the service.

How we use it

We use this information to check fitment, contact suppliers, confirm availability, show you the proposed part, prepare and revise quotes, record your approval and payments, coordinate delivery, provide support, and maintain accurate business and financial records.

Who may receive it

We share only what is reasonably needed with staff, suppliers, delivery providers, payment providers, and a mechanic you ask us to involve. We do not sell customer information. Suppliers normally receive vehicle and part details without unnecessary customer information.

Storage and retention

Request photos are stored privately. Access to operational and financial records is limited by staff role. We keep records for as long as needed to complete the service, handle disputes or warranties, maintain financial records, and meet applicable obligations. Records that are no longer needed may be deleted or anonymised.
