How delivery works
Tell us where you are. Once the exact part and pickup point are known, we check the current Yango price and send it to you. We book delivery only after you approve it.

These are not fixed-price zones. Outside these areas? You can still request delivery. Enter your town, area and a nearby landmark; we will confirm the available option and price.
Delivery and payment safeguards
- ✓ Approve photos of the actual part and the confirmed price before dispatch.
- ✓ Use only the payment method and account confirmed in your order message.
- ✓ Check the courier name/reference before receiving the package.
- ✓ Report a failed or refused delivery immediately so the return can be tracked.
- ✓ For expensive parts, CarkitGH may ask for a deposit before dispatch.
- ✓ Pay CarkitGH using the agreed method; do not assume a rider can collect money.
A deposit may be required for a special-order, high-value, or difficult-to-return part. We will show the deposit clearly on your quote and deduct it from the amount left to pay.
2. Dispatch & track
We record the courier, reference, approved estimate, final courier cost, payment method and balance.
3. Receive & pay
Inspect the delivered package and pay using the agreed method. Your payment is recorded.
